Job Description
•Overall 15+ years of Experience in IT and recent experience in the eCommerce industry with BDM (Specific to expansion)Account management (Growth)
•Minimum of 5 years experience in selling eCommerce services. Experience must be recent/current. Relevant Platforms are SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento, HCL Commerce, commerce tools, BigCommerce, Shopify
•Experience in selling CRM services preferred
•Understanding of the eCommerce environment such as PIM, DAM, CMS, Order Management, Payment Solutions
•Technical eCommerce ecosystem understanding - Technical background/understanding of concepts
•Consultative approach in Account Expansion Attending conferences in-person throughout North America and networking to obtain new contacts, both as potential clients and potential partners and arranging and hosting in-person events throughout North America.
•Identify new opportunities based on assessments/POCs/Solutions Understanding IT landscape Ecommerce Domain expertise.
•Excellent presentation skills and Communication Skills.
•Ability to create presentational videos and PowerPoint preferred
•Experience in nurturing and closing enterprise-level leads
•Relevant contacts amongst partner and client companies.
