Am/pm Cleaning Positions

We are looking to fill several cleaning positions. We are hiring Lead Cleaner (daytime), General Cleaner (eveningd) and Per Diem Cleaner (swing shift), to take care of our Clients residents and facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

Do not have your own reliable vehicle

Are unwilling to travel

**Responsibilities**
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities (Lead Cleaners only)
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**MUST HAVE**:

- Integrity and be dependable
- Must own reliable transportation
- Must have Team Lead experience (Lead Cleaners only)
- Must be comfortable training new team members (Lead Cleaners only)
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to oversee jobsites (Lead Cleaners only)
- Must be organized
- Must have great time management skills
- Must have great Customer Service skills
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Must be trust worthy
- Must love to clean
- Be dependable and reliable
- References (required)
- Must have a valid Driver's License (required)
- Own transportation
- Drug test and background check are possible.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

Travel requirement:

- Up to 75% travel
