Driver/ Sign Installer

We are looking for a driver to install real estate signs in CT.

There are 2 different ways we can pay someone to install signs.

  • We supply the truck and pay drivers per hour.

Applicant must have a good driving record, have a cell phone and the ability to install and remove the sign posts with the equipment needed to correctly do the work assigned.


For this position we supply the pick up truck, gas, etc to use daily on the road installing and removing sign posts.

We do allow our drivers to take the trucks home at night.
Starting salary $16+ hr.

Overtime work is sometimes available.

OR

  • The driver supplies the truck, cargo van or approved vehicle. (Small p/u truck is preferred).
If a person uses their own vehicle, then they are paid per stop. $12+ and up to install a sign and $7+ and up to remove a sign. Drivers can be assigned between 20 and 30 stops a day.

Drivers that use their own vehicles average $1k+ per week before taxes.

We provide up to a weeks paid training to new drivers.


After a 90 day probationary period we offer paid holidays, paid vacation days, and the opportunity to participate in the company's health insurance plan which we pay 1/2 of the single premium.
