The Custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe. This position is responsible for performing all custodial work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas and other building interiors.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** - **_Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions._
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
- Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes and replaces blinds.
- Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
- May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, maintain walkways, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms multiples times throughout the shift.
- Empties and properly disposes of trash.
- Removes recycling materials.
- Tracks and orders maintenance supplies.
- Cleans windows.
- Assist with any other duties and projects as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous custodian experience (1-2 years)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

**Pay**: $19.00 - $21.00, depending on experience
