**_Who You Are:_**

A Manager, Business Optimization position for Profit Recovery Partners is an individual with a passion for the consulting industry. You are responsible for all aspects of the work product related to new billable savings projects, including discovery, strategy, negotiations, implementation, and savings confirmation. With input from the Practice Group Manager, you own the execution of the savings strategies developed for each of their client projects and drive cost savings. As the Manager, you will utilize creative thinking to develop solutions for large enterprise clients and seek out and present to the Client Relationship Teams new revenue opportunities with their existing client base.

What You Will Do:_**
- Drive results and growth
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
- Work directly with vendor partners to negotiate best-in-class win-win agreements on behalf of clients
- Win as a team
- lead a small team of direct reports responsible for their own projects from start to finish and assisting with analysis, work product creation and client presentation support
- Contributes to P&L management
- Utilize creative thinking in creating solutions for large enterprise clients
- Understand industry trends within your area(s) of expertise

**_ What You Need:_**
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of vendor management, analyst, and/or consulting experience
- Strong experience with analysis of data through MS Excel
- Experience leading teams
- Project management experience a plus
- Ability to use project management software to manage deliverables such as SmartSheet and Project Management CRM strategies

The salary range for this position is: $83,450.00 - $126,765.00 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
