Reporting regularly on the performance of all business units within the region, you will align strategies with organizational goals and manage expenses including labor, facilities, inventory, and more. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a cohesive team environment, overseeing the development and retention of associates, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your leadership will extend to ensuring excellence in customer service, resolving issues promptly, and implementing a competitive marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance market presence.

**Boost sales and ensure maximum profitability throughout region.**
- Improve margins through focusing on our preferred products with the best possible pricing from our Vendors.
- Maintain a budget set out for the region, which involves approving the expenditure of lower management and requesting additional funds if necessary.
- Control costs to maximize revenue.
- Diagnose problems with the running of the business and formulating effective solutions.
- Report on the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of all business units in the Region.
- Demonstrate knowledge of regions objectives and the business plan to achieve goals.
- Manages expenses for the region including labor, facilities, freight, travel, equipment and repairs, Inventory, and samples.
- Manage the durable pipeline for any sales outside of the CBDA’s new accounts.

**Manage and Develop all associates in the region.**
- Establish a cohesive team between CBDA, Account Managers, Sales Team, Warehouse, Drivers, and Procurement to meet organizational goals.
- Work in concert with CBDA market leads to identify and onboard new customers.
- Oversee Account Managers within the region to retain and grow current customer relationships and maintain the territory’s total managed volume.
- Develop and train sales associates to achieve sale goals.
- Manage regional procurement team to ensure that inventory is accurate, obsolete inventory is decreasing, and needs are being met for sales needs.
- Manage the warehouse team to ensure that HBH Standards are met with Safety and Customer Service as a primary focus. Orders are pick/packed with utmost efficiency and deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner.

**Lead employee selection, onboarding, development, retention, and motivation.**
- Communicate goals, objectives, successes, competitive strategies, customer requirements and product information to the associates.
- Complete regular performance reviews to create a culture of consistent feedback.
- Coach and train associates through formal training programs and informal conversations to foster their learning and development.
- Encourage inter department training and development to maintain standards of excellence in each department.
- Recognize and rewards individual and team achievement effectively.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and company policies and procedures.

**Drive excellence in **customer service.**
- Accompany field associates on customer visits within territories to insure we are fulfilling our Customer’s needs and getting the most out of every interaction.
- Resolve customer issues and problems efficiently and effectively.
- Address customer concerns and follow up regularly.

**Implement a competitive marketing strategy for the region.**
- Work with department teams to select, evaluate, and approve opportunities for growth in the market.
- Create and maintain supplier relationships with an emphasis on local solutions.
- Plan and assists in new rollouts/installs as required
