We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative with a passion for Cathodic Protection to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in building proposals, following-up with clients on pending proposals, assisting with marketing event planning/execution and attending client lunch or dinner meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Identify new sales opportunities and pursue leads to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the Cathodic Protection industry but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
