**Inside Sales Job Description**:
**Required qualifications**:

- At least 1 year in the construction and/or building supply industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Have experience measuring and selling windows and doors.
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be detail oriented

**Additional Qualifications (not required)**:

- Ability to read blueprints and do take-offs considered a plus
- Experience with Epicor or another point-of-sale system considered a plus

**Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Answering incoming calls and answering questions and taking customer orders
- Provide service to walk-in customers
- Writing up customer orders in the POS system
- Providing customers with estimates accurately and on-time
- Provide price and time estimates on special order products
- Take deposit payments and/or COD payments when required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
