**Job Summary and Mission**

Basilur is looking for Baristas and Kitchen staffs with hard work ethic, uncompromising attention to detail, and impeccable customer service. As an Basilur staffs, you will engage deeply with our customers through the craft of beverages and conversation. You will work with other like-minded, ambitious team members who will support you.

- Food Handler’s Certification
- Able to handle intense and difficult situations

**Responsibilities**
- Crafting all beverages on the menu and to the needs of customers
- cooking foods on the menu
- Working register and greeting customers
- Following verbal & written instructions in order to maintain drink quality and consistency
- Complying consistently with standard portion sizes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Restocking teas, toppings, utensils and other needed items
- Prepping ingredients as needed
- Assisting other team members as needed
- Opening and closing duties including: cooking desserts, foods, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash
- Adhere to food and safety guidelines
