- motivated, team oriented, have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional patient care. Knowledge of Eaglesoft is preferred. Experience in the dental field is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office schedule efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record-keeping.
- Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and billing processes, including insurance verification and input
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and care coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Adhere to dental terminology and protocols to support patient care and office operations.
