**What you can expect in this role**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to develop retail sales strategies and programs.
- Act as a liaison between Tri-State and our retail partner.
- Provide onsite training to retail stores to promote marketing programs.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, addressing inquires, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**The skills/experience you'll need to be considered for this role**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in retail sales, account management, or business development preferred.
- Direct sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Knowledge of home services industry preferred but not required.
