Purpose

**Responsibilities**:
Provides administrative support functions for the HR office. Maintains monthly task lists, trackers, metrics, and deadlines. Utilizes internal software and processes to complete tasks and communicate with coworkers.- Completes special projects, including disseminating information. Works independently and as a team on nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources Administration or related field.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate._

Preferred Qualifications- Bilingual in Spanish and English.- Three or more years of experience in human resources administration.-
- Experience recruiting a high volume of applicants.- Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills.- Initiative in taking ownership of time-sensitive HR projects through successful completion.

Salary Range

$52,500+ depending on qualifications

Working Conditions- Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation- Use of manual dexterity

Work Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Hours and days may vary due to business needs
