Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LSW to join our healthcare team. As a LSW, you will therapy sessions to patients in our Nursing Home Practice, focusing on the mental health therapy of these patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a positive impact on the lives of patients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform biweekly/monthly therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Educate patients treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Provide specialized care in behavioral health
**Requirements**:
- Valid LSW license in New York
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a LSW working with Adults/Elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our Supervising Health Care Professionals
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 per year
