**Responsibilities**:

- Transcribe audio recordings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the documentation
- Review and edit transcribed data for errors and inconsistencies
- Organize and maintain digital files of transcribed data
- Follow established guidelines and protocols when transcribing sensitive or confidential information
- Communicate with team members to clarify any unclear or ambiguous data
- Meet assigned deadlines and deliver high-quality transcriptions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to improve transcription processes and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a transcriptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of [X] words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately transcribe data
- Proficient in using transcription software and other relevant tools
- Familiarity with medical or legal terminology is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification or training in transcription is a plus
