Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience in utilizing HubSpot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, dashboard building, and data reporting, with a specific focus on leveraging HubSpot to derive insights and optimize strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive dashboards within HubSpot or other relevant platforms to visualize key metrics, performance indicators, and actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to internal teams, including marketing, sales, and management, to facilitate informed decision-making and drive business growth.
- Utilize advanced features and functionalities within HubSpot to maximize its effectiveness in tracking, analyzing, and managing customer interactions and marketing campaigns.
- data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within HubSpot by implementing best practices for data collection, cleansing, and validation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and HubSpot usage to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either C1or C2 level is required.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on utilizing HubSpot for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in building and customizing dashboards using HubSpot or similar platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
