**SOS FRANCHISING IS HIRING A SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

Success On The Spectrum is the first ABA franchise in the country.

SOS Franchising trains and supports CEOs in opening their own ABA clinic.

They must follow our rules and we do audits on them twice a year.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Work mostly virtual Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm central
- Once per week, give in-person training to franchisees at corporate headquarters in Houston TX
- Assist in interviewing/hiring key staff for franchisees
- Assist franchisees in creating staff schedules
- Assist franchisees in creating claims
- Train franchisees about all SOS Operations
- Document all support calls in our proprietary software
- Possible travel to franchisee locations or trade shows

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience managing an ABA clinic
- Experience using Central Reach Software
- Must live in Houston Metropolitan area

**COMPENSATION**:

- Salary of $60,000 per year
- 401k with 5% company match
- Paid travel/lodging to Annual CEO Retreat
- 2 Week paid vacation
- 10 paid holidays
