The _**Party & Hospitality Supervisor **_is responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for guests entering the park and providing detailed information about the venue. This role will have full understanding of the reservation system to keep it organized. In addition to responsibilities at the entrance with reservations, this role is actively involved in guest experience and hospitality throughout the venue. This is completed through awareness throughout each shift, and actively communicating with other team members in every area. This role is critical in making the park a return-worthy destination.

This venue operates seasonally from April through early November mainly on weekends. This position is seasonal in nature.

**REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous cashier/check-in desk experience in a high volume environment preferred
- Previous guest service experience
- Work all Weekends and Holidays when the park is open
- 1 years of supervisory, assistant manager in recreation/retail/amusement fields preferred
- Strong interpersonal management skills including the ability to adjust communication style and approach for different demographics
- Passion for customer satisfaction and selling additional activities.
- Detail-oriented with strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
- Commitment to daily punch lists, completion, and reporting
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to recognize an unsafe and congested situation and relieve them
- Strong focus on professionalism and making customers feel appreciated
- Willingness and ability to work weekends from park season opening to closing
- Experience managing or working with high school and college-aged individuals is a plus

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and associates at all times.
- Monitor mini golf area
- Being present the park is open, particularly on the weekend days of Friday - Sunday. Work all Weekends and Holidays when the park is open
- Leads and executes post-visit follow-ups with groups and birthday parties to encourage return visitorship
- Monitor and develop TreeRunner & Putt Putt guest experience performance, particularly the supervisory team, to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, conducting evaluations, and delivering recognition.
- You sell the FUN and work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups
- Monitors inventory levels of park equipment and retail products
- Sales is all about relationships Your positive energy and "You Got It" attitude should lead to repeat business and great referrals
- You must be able to represent We want FUN and ENERGY just bursting out of you when you tell our guests about all the cool stuff our park has, does, and will do to make their events the most awesome ever
- Completion and oversight of personal and retail daily punch lists, and reporting
- Cultivating a positive work culture and creating a strong team dynamic among all staff
- Overseeing service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and service to create a memorable and return-worthy experience
- Empower employees to ensure a memorable and return-worthy experience
- Attending weekly leadership meetings and remitting/transmitting information to park staff, as needed

**SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS**

Assists with all park events and activities, and duties as assigned.

**SCHEDULE**
- Day Shift and Night shifts
- Every Weekend onsite availability during the operating season

**WORK CONDITIONS**

Environment
- Outdoors, exposed to weather and high places; Hot or cold temperatures.
- Wears safety equipment such as harnesses, gloves, and helmets.
- No remote work offered during the season.

**Physical Demands**
- Physical demands of the position include but are not limited to walking, standing, and climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift or carry 30 pounds.
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
