**The Position**:
You will receive incoming calls and make outbound calls. All day long

You will schedule everything from service to calls to maintenance appointments and inspections.

You will offer our cusotmers personalize products, services, and solutions.

You will get to know the HVAC business like the back of your hand.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, os bring your roller skates

You'll follow up on estimates, quotes, maintenance, and membership agreements.

You have a lot of home services industry Customer Service and / or Call Center experience.

You always place the customer first.

You can adapt to different work conditions.

You know your way around a computer.

You are patiently and pleasantly persistent.

Customer Service is your superpower.

**Required Qualifications**

Superior customer service skills

Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales experience

Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm and diplomatic during difficult situations

Energetic personality with the ability clearly communicate in English, bilingual is a plus

General knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus, but training is provided
