Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
- Handle scheduling, planning, and implementing office systems
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management, vendor management, and team management
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, payroll processing, and general administrative tasks
- Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.96 - $21.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
