**Position Summary**:
With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire an ambitious, full-time District Managers to lead our dynamic teams in Hartford, CT. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will provide leadership in driving annual KPI and sales goals through leading and directing a field team. Our District Managers are responsible for overall KPI performance, success of new markets, leadership development, and continuing the stronghold of the Milan culture through the embodiment of our Core Values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and direct Clinic Manager to achieving/exceeding KPI goals
- Lead clinic teams to best practice excellence throughout their region
- Identify below average performance, analyze, and correct to achieve better than average results
- Communicate, champion, and execute all special promotions, team incentives & contests, and roll-outs.
- Travel and visit clinics regularly
- Establish high performance work groups through leadership, coaching, counseling, and mentoring
- Develop bench strength for next level positions
- Lead and manage the quarterly performance process
- Participate and make decisions on the selection of Clinic Managers
- Lead and oversee the regional Training Managers and travel team
- Foster a culture of world class customer service
- Ensure communication and adherence to company Best Practices, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a strong partnership with the Medical division

**Requirements**:

- Have a minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience
- Have a minimum of 5 years of team management experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple locations
- Have a professional background in laser hair removal or a very closely related industry
- Must live in, or be willing to relocate to region location
- Display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Display a high level of initiative and accountability
- Be able to work a highly flexible schedule
- Ability to fulfill the 80% travel schedule
- Possess a valid driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
- Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport
