Responsibilities:- Assist district managers with store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team development.
- Shadow store managers and manager trainees to learn about store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.
- Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours to learn about customer needs and preferences.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, sales reports, and inventory management.
- Participate in store resets and grand openings to gain experience in store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop subject matter knowledge and work closely with team members to improve store performance.
- Attend company trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- In current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
