**What you'll be responsible for**:
**What you'll work on**:

- Support on compensation related matters (e.g. compensation cycle support, survey data collections, document creation, job description review, ad hoc reporting).
- Assist with global benefits administration activities (e.g. open enrollment support, monthly activities and audits, vendor invoicing, retirement administration, wellness tracking).
- Engage with Talent Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation and benefit related matters.
- Coordinate with the HRIS and Payroll teams, to ensure data is accurate and audited regularly.
- Complete continuous data hygiene and process maintenance.
- Serve as a key representative for the Total Rewards team to all stakeholders. Be able to contribute to the dynamic landscape of all of Total Rewards, inclusive of Benefits and Compensation.

**What you'll bring to Circle**:

- 1+ years of experience in human resources, finance, benefits or compensation.
- Strong analytical and reasoning ability.
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Mature ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficiency in GoogleSuite (Sheets, Slides, and Docs).
- Experience/familiarity with Slack and Apple MacOS.

- Hourly Pay Range: $28.37 - $38.94 per hour, plus overtime eligibility._
