**Responsibilities**:

- Warm Welcome: Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a friendly and informative touch.
- Organization Master: Manage patient records, verify insurance, and handle billing tasks efficiently.
- Multitasking Marvel: Juggle scheduling, filing, and basic office duties alongside patient support.
- Technology Champion: Be comfortable using dental practice software and other office technology.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the dentist and staff to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and dental practice software preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
- Dental front office experience a plus.
