Accounts Receivable/payable Specialist

**Qualifications**
- English fluently
- Proven Accounts Receivable experience (minimum 3 years).
- Proven Accounts Payable experience (minimum 3 years).
- Understanding of QuickBooks a must.
- Strong experience with Excel a must.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounts payable and check processing.
- Understanding of Cash Management and Cash Flow as related to Accounts Payable.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills, well organized, self-starter and be able to work well on his/her own.
- Customer service oriented.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Prepare Daily Cash Report and Summary to clients
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to Accounts Receivable.
- Corresponds with clients and customers to resolve past due accounts, collections, chargebacks and discounts.
- Perform Accounts Payable functions including vouchering vendor bills, payments both via wire and check and posting to accounting program.
- Research and validate discrepancies and resolve vendor billing issues
- Maintain complete filing system to support financial records.
- General Customer service to clients to assist in daily operations and problem solving.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
