Spartan Surfaces is looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee operations at our 6,000 sq/ft showroom. This full-time, on-site role involves managing showroom maintenance, coordinating events, and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain inventory of samples and office supplies.
- Manage outsourced services including cleaning and office maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics for courier sample deliveries.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Ability to solve problems independently and take direction when necessary.
- Capability to perform physical tasks associated with showroom upkeep.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Comfortable engaging and entertaining guests, including clients and suppliers.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and problem-solving.
- Experience in handling challenging conversations and providing constructive feedback.
