**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate with warehouse team members and drivers to ensure all activities are being completed as specified via company processes and procedures.
- Manage the warehouse operation by utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Business Intelligence (BI Software), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems used among all Jaeckle DC’s.
- Focus on strategy, operating results, and continuous improvement efforts; drive unnecessary complexity and cost out of production, receiving, and shipping of materials.
- Manage drivers and ensure that daily delivery routes are optimized to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform hands-on support to the warehouse team by performing duties that may include picking, receiving, shipping, and material handling.
- Responsibilities include logistics planning, sequencing daily order picking, coordinating shipping and receiving, managing warehousing software, supporting warehousing processes, and any other duties that support the efficient movement of product within the warehouse.
- Manage physical inventories to ensure stock count accuracy and best practices are in place.
- Negotiate pricing and manage the ordering of all warehouse and facility supplies.
- Oversee the management of facilities of the distribution center and adjoining office.

**Requirements for Success**:

- ** Warehouse Experience**:Ideally, you have 5-8+ years of experience in a warehouse management role. You have successfully managed a team of 15+
- ** Ramp Up Time**: You need to be willing to work an average of 50 hours initially (first 3-6 months) to understand the role and be available to work first and second shift.
- ** Results-Oriented Self-Starter**:Achieving results independently with mínimal oversight, backed by advanced organizational skills is required.
- ** Strong Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication is a must.
- ** Educational Background**: A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

**Salary**: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
