Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Epicor ERP systems a plus.
