- **Calendar Coordination**: Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to ensure efficient time management. Ensure all calendar entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for executives. Prepare agendas, collate materials, and distribute relevant documents in advance.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to executives, including expense tracking and maintaining filing systems. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate positive relationships with internal team members, clients, vendors, and other external partners. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and facilitate effective communication channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred, but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
