**Summary**

**Responsibilities and Functions**:

- Create content by the way of Photography, Graphics and Video using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects, etc.
- Monitor all Brand Pages on all platforms for consumer interaction. Respond appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other team members to devise campaign strategies for Tootsie Roll Brands.
- Create Giveaways and webpages using specialty tools.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Keep up with social media trends.
- Working knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram business pages. Experience creating ads using platforms business tools a plus.
- Utilize platform reporting tools to review advertising performance and make necessary adjustments to meet our advertising goals. Hootsuite experience or similar social media tool a plus.
- Perform additional tasks as requested such as the annual report, special requests from Marketing Managers, or third-party licensees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
