Alpinestars’ is currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, sports-minded person to fill a position in our Sales department. This position will work in a support role to Alpinestars sales management across all our channels (Moto, Auto, Cycling, Clothing) to optimize Alpinestars presence in the market.

**Job Activities include**:

- Develop and maintain forecast models for various product category, using analytical skill and forecast information gathered from Sales and other sources
- Communicate with Sales Management in analyzing the business to understand customers and manage inventory levels
- Responsible to assure that each season forecasting remains accurate as more information in the demand process becomes available
- Own all stages of the forecast for the season and work closely with Sales Management
- Responsible for monthly and rolling three month forecast accuracy and improvement
- Validate information and help point out any trend to Sales team
- Identify sales and inventory level trends that are concerning, work with relevant parties to resolve the issue
- Build slow moving inventory reports and work with Sales to address the issue

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- 2-3 years Demand Planning experience required, apparel industry experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus
- Thorough knowledge of Excel, database and SAP experience a plus
- Excellent ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive cross-functional and results in the day-to-day business
- Competent at managing inputs from cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Rigorously detail-oriented and produces exceptional deliverables

**This is a full-time position located in Torrance, CA. This is not a remote or hybrid position.**

**Salary range $65,000-$75,000.**
