MEPPI is looking for a Regional Sales Contract Manager to oversee the functions related to the development of new business opportunities, contract, and customer order creation.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Develop business opportunities by identifying and developing new customer leads. Establish introductions and schedule meetings between new customer leads and Regional Sales and Project Managers.
- Prepare and present quotes to customers, including preparation and submission of RFP documentation. Follow-up and close renewal contracts prior to expiration, upsell to higher levels of service. Identify and project customer budget cycles, close dates, and revenue recognition dates.
- Create and distribute renewal agreements to Regional Sales and Project Managers for yearly customer meetings.
- Ensure proper invoicing of service contracts and extended warranties.
- Develop contracts within the business system including the planning and scheduling of invoicing, service, and renewal tasks for the duration of the contract.
- Create customer orders for contracts. Process and maintain customer orders in the business system.
- Create monthly reports including past due contracts and Deferred Contract Revenue.
- Collaborate with MEPPI and MEUS on contract terms and conditions, prevailing wage processes and protocols, and government contract regulations and requirements.
- Review commercial terms and conditions, negotiate acceptable positions, and administer sales and business contracts accordingly to minimize risk on business transactions.
- Analyze and resolve account disputes and billing discrepancies for contracts.
- Prepare and maintain tools to generate service pricing based on costs, target margins and other established parameters.
- Collaborate with sales team on strategies to increase revenue.
- Further the goals and positive, professional image of CPT by conducting business with outside contacts and other MEPPI departments in a timely and cooperative manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field with a minimum of 5 years of business development and contract experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Advanced negotiation and customer service skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a team environment and on several projects simultaneously.
- Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on MS Office products and experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
