**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple commercial and residential projects and service calls
- Develop and manage technician’s schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with field technicians, clients and suppliers
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project status updates
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget
- Track and update projects daily
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Coordinate and track material deliveries
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure quality standards are met

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and construction documents
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills

**Salary: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 based on experience**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
