**Qualifications**:

- Two years’ previous experience in an executive assistant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other financial planning tools.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Starting at $24-$26 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Competitive benefits package:

- 80% of health insurance premiums paid, up to $800
