Duties and responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving Associate

The shipping and receiving clerk is required to provide a high-level of attention to detail to the following duties and responsibilities:

- Receive all inbound shipments, unload merchandise and assist QC / QA in inbound inspection of material.
- Distribute and inform personnel or the proper department of material received.
- Stock inventory items and pull off racks as needed to pack shipments.
- Properly pack and ship all outgoing items from our Shopify website, Amazon and to other distributors for client orders including palettes.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, carrier claims, reimbursements and all shipping information via our website dashboard or other databases.
- Verify that paperwork is correct and utilize UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx software including NAFTA forms or other necessary paperwork.
- Process and pack orders via Amazon (or other online distributors) using their database and inventory control system.
- Assist with Post Production duties of inventory which consists of labeling, shrink banding and fulfilling items into bags and adhering barcodes.
- Assemble, test and validate incoming equipment or fixtures as needed.
- Distribute bulk ingredients into 5 gallon containers.
- Stock, organize and order packaging items for the inventory and shipping area weekly.

**Job Type & Benefits**

24 hours / week
Tuesdays
- Thursdays : 8:30AM-5:30PM
$18 - $20 Paid Hourly DOE

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year experience in shipping and receiving and/or manufacturing preferable.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, reach, bend, load and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Be able to maneuver a palette jack, stock heavy items.
- Is organized, clean and works efficiently alone and in a team environment.
- Ability to stay focused on one task for a considerable length of time with attention to detail.
- Is professional, reliable, efficient and has reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
