Key Responsibilities- Product Receipt and Distribution: Receive, package, and ship products in a timely and accurate manner.
- Transfer Order Management: Create and process transfer orders via our ERP system, fulfilling requests from various departments and delivering materials as needed.
- Material Receiving and Storage: Receive materials from suppliers, label, and move them to the appropriate department or location in a timely manner.
- Purchasing Documentation: Complete purchasing specification documentation for received materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain product inventory through documentation, physical counts, and storage organization.
- Temperature-Controlled Storage: Monitor temperature-controlled locations in Shipping and Receiving.
- Kit Manufacturing: Manufacture collection kits, shippers, and related items required for IVS operations.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Experience in a regulated industry or equivalent combination of education and experience beneficial.
