**Position Summary**

Wolf Pack’s CASS supports the organization with administrative, operational, marketing, and clinical support. The duties of the CASS include regular and ad hoc responsibilities to support long
- and short-term strategic planning and execution, daily operations, intake process, billing and service reimbursement reconciliation, therapist support, clinical engagement, digital marketing support, and customer service, including contract and project management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The preliminary duty of our CASS is to implement, monitor, and support administrative activities effectively and efficiently to ensure a smooth operations system. Some of the duties and responsibilities of the CASS for Wolf Pack include:

- Support leadership in developing and promoting policies and practices that ensure positive interaction between administrative staff, personnel, and Wolf Pack’s clients.
- Suggest and research operational changes to increase efficiency in the workplace.
- Organize Google Drive so that the workflow is streamlined
- Execute the intake and referral process to serve as a client advocate. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and one point of contact for existing therapy clients. Respond to queries; provide clients with education, advocacy, and health insurance literacy. Follow up with clients with outstanding balances (i.e., copays) or require payment planning support.
- Support light social media “takeovers” to enhance community competency of emotional and body literacy and other related well-being topics.
- Coordinate and provide individual and group therapy under supervision until fully licensed.
- Support the team with insurance claims, processing, and tracking. All training will be provided.
- Plan, schedule, and execute activities related to Wolf Pack’s recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training processes, performance review process, external training and webinars, supervision programming, consulting portfolio.
