**Cargo Manager Western USA**
**1. JOB PURPOSE**
Lead the Cargo team in Western USA division in the pursuit of its organization, revenue and flight planning goals, with the formulation and/or the implementation of Corporate, HR, and Sales & Marketing policies so that the Cargo team can make a positive contribution towards the Americas region meeting its overall business objectives.
**2. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

1. REVENUE - Achieve Annual Revenue Targets
**MAJOR ACTIVITIES**
1) Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies.
2) Review and adopt best sales practices.
3) Manage space and ensure good utilization.
4) Evaluate and approve spot selling rates for best possible yields.
5) Revenue performance monitoring and evaluation.
6) Pursue opportunities to diversify business base.
7) Cultivate and engage key forwarders and shippers to develop partnership and verticals programs.
8) Use technology and data intelligence to drive sales and marketing.
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
1) Revenue and tonnage growth and targets achievement.
2) Overall flight revenue maximization
3) Yield improvement.
**KEY RESULT AREA**
2. ADMINISTRATION - General station
**MAJOR ACTIVITIES**
1) Establish process to ensure correct billing to agents/forwarders
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
1) Budget Control statements.
**3. QUALIFICATIONS**:
3.1 College diploma, preferably University degree.
3.2 No less than 10 years industrial experience in air cargo, with minimum 3 years at managerial/supervisory positions
3.3 Good analytical skills and business presentation; Strong business acumen
3.4 Independent and self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
**3. SALARY RANGE**:USD6,584 per month to USD8,000 per month.
Pay: $6,584.00 - $8,000.00 per month
