As a Real Estate Agent at the Eagle Nexus, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, representing clients in negotiations, and providing guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and cultivate leads to expand client base
- Conduct market analysis to determine property value and competitive pricing
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients
- Provide expert advice on real estate market trends, financing options, and legal requirements
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about local market conditions and inventory
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices

**Requirements**:
- Valid real estate license in Texas
