**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our continued growth and success. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals for our mechanical services agreements. This is a challenging yet rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in need of mechanical services agreements.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the mechanical services or relates services industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to climb ladders.
