**Job Summary**: Responsible for developing, monitoring, and closing new business deals with new clients in the biotech in an assigned territory.
**Essential Functions**:
- Develop sales strategy for the assigned territory in collaboration with Global Director Business Development
- Develop relationships with potential customers in the biotech industry within the assigned territory, leading into signed agreements for clinical research in all phases
- Identify target clients and facilitate meetings with decision makers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and sign new contracts according to annual objectives
- Prepare proposals in coordination with employees in company's global sites
- Monitor the internal progress of proposals, from submission to signature of the contract
- Report bi-weekly progress and meetings with clients
- Prepare personalized presentations for client meetings
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing plan to promote the company within the target clients
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry and services offered by Genesis Drug Discovery & Development/JSS Medical Research
- Demonstrated and accessible network of contacts with decision makers
- Ability to build and strengthen relationships with decision makers
- Effectively communicate and present ideas in verbal and written form

**Experience and Education**:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences Areas or Business Administration
