What you need to know:
The TPA Relationship Manager will report to the Head of Third Party Administration responsible for the Corebridge outsourced relationships. In close partnership working across Finance, Ops, HR, and IT, the Relationship Manager will be accountable/responsible for successful program management of activities across all aspects of the business. This will include the day-to-day management of the relationship, coordinating contractual change orders, reconciling billing, coordinating governance meetings, developing a tight working relationship with all parties, and ensuring key problems are identified, tracked and resolved.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting day to day management of the relationship
- Develop tight working relationship within both Corebridge & TPA to help create a One team operating model built on structured engagement, governance and motivation practices
- Monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service support model outlined within the scope of services outline in the Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Participate in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) as lead CRBG representative and updating key internal stakeholders on performance
- Detailed understanding of key terms defined within Master Services Agreement (MSA) and related SOW provisions in place
- Coordinate contractual changes with Procurement Services

What we’re looking for:

- Professional Experience: 4 + years, with consulting background or insurance expertise
- Problem Solving Skills: Recognize, analyze, and recommend innovative solutions
- Communication Skills: Oral and written presentation including executive level deck preparation
- Strategic Thinking: Analyzed situation, developed business case, implemented plan, and evaluated outcome
- Organization Skills: Ability to set priorities and effectively manage multiple project deadlines with mínimal supervision across various departments and multiple locations
- Interpersonal Skills: Easily build relationships, network across departments and with all levels in the organization
- Demonstrated record of high performance working under tight deadlines and a strong business acumen
