Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the development, implementation, integration and coordination of organization wide performance improvement, Infection Control, and Clinical Risk Management activities. Assumes a leadership role in accreditation and licensure activities. Works collaboratively with Administration, Medical Staff, Department Managers, and staff in performing duties.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- Associates in Risk Management (ARM).
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Progressive Management/Supervisory experience in Healthcare Performance Improvement.
- Minimum of one 1 year experience in Healthcare Risk Management.
- Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Database.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing or Health related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
- Active California RN License or Licensed in related field in healthcare.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $83,200 to $104,270.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
