**Qualifications**

Minimum 1 year of working in a cosmetic medical spa Professional demeanor and appearance. Works well with others in a collaborative effort to ensure flow of office is maintained. Possesses excellent interpersonal and written skills Exercises sound decision making and capable of self-directing Exceptional organizational critical thinking and multi-tasking skills Eager to learn, diligent, compassionate, and detail-oriented. The primary duties of this roll is to work side by side with Nurse injectors and estheticians, assisting in treatments, flipping rooms and prepping rooms for appropriate services, stocking materials, products and supplies, and assisting with other daily operations while maintaining excellent customer service.

This roll also requires covering for the Front Desk receptionist during lunch / breaks & for 1 -2 days during the week when the Front desk leaves at 2pm. This roll requires a person who is able to multitask quickly and effectively in a fast pace environment. The job duties required while covering for the “Front Desk Receptionist” will include but not be limited to
- Answering phones / Booking New Appointments
- Greeting Patients as they arrive
- Checking Clients in and out for treatments / Services
- Providing both printed and verbal aftercare to clients during Discharge
- Cleaning & Keeping neat... The Front Desk Area / Waiting Area / Restroom and Spa
- Tracking & Restocking Materials & Supplies

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain & assist with Nurse Treatment documentation in patient charts
- Complete intake forms & consents
- Take patient before and after photos /videos and update documents as needed
- Critically think & stay Proactive to ensure Clients treatments on Nurse Schedual start & End on time.
- Review medical history, contraindications & Product History
- Prep & Assist Clients during Nurse Procedures
- Knowledge of and strict adherence to aseptic technique, and in biohazard management
- Assist with recording/photos for social media
- Sterilize equipment after use and ensure equipment is ready for use by providers
- Assist in room turnover/set up - includes setting up trays with proper supplies for each treatment, cleaning exam chairs, removal of dirty supplies and needles to designated areas, wiping down work area and ensuring room is ready for next patient
- Assist medical providers while they treat patients - handing supplies, removing supplies, preparing lasers or injectables as requested.
- Frequently review schedule to assure accuracy
- Assist manager and staff as needed
- Greeting guests & members in a professional manner and delivering elite customer service
- Perform non-invasive treatments
- Administer I.M. & Sub-Q Injections under Nurse Supervision
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of all the products, treatments and procedures/treatments available to our patients
- Safeguard client information and confidentiality
- Have the presence of mind to deal with emergency situations and difficult patients
- Have a pleasant personality, and a healthy outlook on life
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information
- Provide five-star service and able to communicate effectively with patients, other staff members and physician
- Effectively educate our patients on our product lines to continue their at home regimen

**This position is not for everyone. You will be held to a high standard of care / Customer Service and will be expected to have excellent communication, organization, documentation and phone etiquette with management and clients. We are looking for one Nurse Assistant preferably with MED SPA, esthetician and or MA experience who feels comfortable and capable working in what at times can be a very fast pace environment.**

**Base Rate Pay**:

- $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hr (Based Off Skills & Experience)

**Shift**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- 1 hour lunch

**Work days**:

- Wednesday - 9:30am-5:30pm
- Thursday - 9:30am-5:30pm
- Friday - 9:30am-5:30pm
- **Saturday - 8:30am-5:30pm**

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a medical assistant training program
- Certification as a medical assistant preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
