MED SPA MANAGER NEEDED:
Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals and support staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that all clinic operations are running smoothly, including creating exceptional customer experiences, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing inventory. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving business goals. You must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Schedule: Available Monday to Saturday, Evenings/Weekends are a must
- QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving business goal
- You must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Show tenacity and desire to learn and improve
- Med Spa experience is a must
- One to two years of sales duties
- One to two years of People Management experience
- Exceptional customer service and rapport building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problems solving
- Time management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Concentration required when reviewing financial statements and sales reports

Pay & Benefits will be discussed based on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
