As a Inside Sales Representative at Action Clutch, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth initiatives that align with our strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this position is pivotal in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Guide consumers to the appropriate clutch and flywheel setup for their vehicles, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
- Manage customer communication through calls, text messages, and online chats regarding clutch & flywheel, orders, other product inquiries, and returns.
- Initiate outbound calls and text messages to existing customers to follow up on sales leads (tickets & quotes) and close sales.
- Respond to inbound calls, text messages, tickets, and chats from various queues as directed by the leadership team.
- Utilize excitement and product knowledge to effectively sell automotive accessories.
- Establish and maintain rapport with customers, encouraging repeat business and addressing service-related issues when necessary.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy towards customers, delivering prompt and efficient service for all inquiries.
- Process sales orders, and customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Provide product education and purchasing suggestions to customers as needed.
- Utilize all available programs to achieve bi-weekly sales goals and performance metrics, including phone, chats, texting tools, live chat tickets, and quotes.
- Meet performance expectations regarding customer service quality, customer contacts, and revenue targets, promptly notifying the Sales leadership team of any trends or issues encountered.
- Participate from time to time on special projects such as being part of the content media team to create marketing and sales videos for social platforms and creative ads.

**Additional Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify new prospects and opportunities for business growth.
- Effectively sell and close new business accounts.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure deals to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Utilize market research, networking, and prospecting techniques to uncover and pursue new business prospects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management review.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to showcase products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously seek ways to optimize processes, streamline operations, and enhance overall business efficiency.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
- Attend car shows and racing events on select weekends such as Formula Drift, etc
- Must understand, participate, and know how to use social media outlets such as Instagram, Facebook & TikTok

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales development, with demonstrated success in prospecting and closing new business.
- Automotive Enthusiast
- Strong technical knowledge of engine parts, and mechanically inclined.
- Familiar with eBay, Amazon, & Shopify E-Commerce
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required).
- ASE Certified (not required)
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry (preferred).

- Mechanical knowledge (required)
- Fluent English communication skills. Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Submit a criminal background check at the hiring

Work Days:

- Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm

Starting Wage**:$23-$25hr + commission on sales generated**

Benefits Package: Health / Vision / Dental Care eligible first of the month following 90 days

Sick Pay after 90 days
