**Responsibilities**:
As the Channel Manager for our agency and the face of our personal brand (Logan), you'll lead strategy & content creation. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our creator to curate engaging and captivating content - it is a PLUS if you are local to the Los Angeles, CA area and are able to meet in person to film/produce content on-site. Your overall duties will include, but not be limited to: ideating and strategizing content, planning and coordinating live shoots and content days in Los Angeles, handling the editing yourself OR work with our in-house video editors on all post-production, thoughtfully create or delegate creation of all thumbnails, come up with copy for all titles, descriptions, and scripting, develop and implement a CTA/funnel strategy so that YouTube becomes an effective lead generation platform for us, competently evaluate all data, KPI’s, and insights and leverage the data for maximal growth and optimization, manage the team and possess excellent organizational skills.

We’ve got a plethora of resources that will be made available at your disposal: a skilled and valuable team of Video Editors, Copywriters, Graphic Designers (e.g: for thumbnails), and an Executive Team with over 35+ years of experience in the industry for support and feedback. You'll craft compelling strategies to engage our audience, backed by data-driven insights. Your role encompasses hands-on content creation across various mediums, ensuring consistency and resonance. In return for your expertise, you'll have the potential to earn substantial quarterly bonuses based on the growth and monetization of the channels. **Qualifications**:
You must have the ability to analyze performance metrics of published content, as well as data made available by the YouTube platform itself, and use this information to refine and improve future content strategies. Knowledge on how to optimize content to increase visibility and engagement, and adapting content strategies for optimal performance is a requirement.

**Requirements**:
Pay: $48,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
