We are seeking a LICSW to join our team You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervision of Clinical Managers and Clinical Staff
- Timely Entry of notes by providers at 1-2 days target from seen and Timely Approval of Notes
- 100% of all Clinical Managers have met their KPIs
- Review weekly targets for admissions for all services based upon budget assumptions (D&A, CSA, ACT, and Therapy), monitor Utilization patterns, and monitor discharges
- Ensure that all consumer for the CSA and ACT program are seen based upon Utilization Management for the fidelity of all programs (Clinical Manager responsibility)
- Assist with providing weekly productivity reports to ensure budgetary goals are being met as per the information provided by the COO.
- Assist with the hiring, and screening of clinical and direct care staff as needed to ensure budgetary goals are being met as per the information provided by the COO.
- Improve staff performance related to meeting productivity standards for billable hours and maintain Life Care, Inc.’s KPI report.
- Program and introduce treatment strategies to ensure that clients are solidly engaged and positively impacted as a result of the mission/ vision of Life Care, Inc.
- The Census in all programs and populations.
- The appropriate workflows that ensure services are delivered with Chapter 63. MHRS Chapter 34, and Chapter 60.
- Further, develop the services involving grants with CFSA; billing DBH, and other payers of services in the new facility.
- Develop and outreach to enhance client recruitment and development partnership.
- Other reasonable tasks that may be requested that are within the scope of clinical management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be an expert delegator choosing the right employees for the right task.
- Must have exceptional analytical skills
- Must be an effective decision-maker.
- Strong understanding of finance and how to write a budget.
- Must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills.

- Excellent management skills.
- Knowledge of government regulations regarding patient privacy.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Must have strong time management skills and handles multi-tasking effectively.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills, particularly when dealing with uncooperative patients.
Education and Experience
- Must be a Licensed Independent Social Worker in DC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Healthcare Administration.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Management.
- Registered Nurse credentials
- Experience working in a hospital or other medical facility.
- Experience managing staff in a medical environment.
- Continuing education credits earned each year.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
