**Job Title: Data Entry Specialist**

**Reports to: Customer Service Manager**

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Serving the Customer** - The primary duty is to serve our customers and be a point of contact to help with orders and requests.
- Process orders and credit approvals
- Give customers information about pricing and products
- Interfaces with appropriate staff to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Responds to staff members inquiries regarding data entered or source documents.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- **Sales Support** - Assist with special projects for the sales teams such as creating reports in Excel and call projects when necessary.
- **Field Support** - Attend trade shows as needed, assist in field program resets, and coordinate sales material for product launches, store resets and trade shows.

**Education/Experience**

A high school diploma is required with 1-2 years of equivalent work experience.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
