**Position**: Resort Assistant Manager

**Salary**: $20/hour

Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service? DayDreamer Domes is seeking a proactive and versatile Resort Assistant Manager to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall success and guest experience at our resort.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the resort, including front desk, event coordination, and back-office tasks
- Provide support and supervision to resort staff to ensure exceptional guest service
- Assist in overseeing the float center operations, including scheduling, inventory management, customer relations, and cleaning maintenance
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in planning and executing resort events, including weddings, retreats, and special occasions
- Contribute to marketing efforts and promotional activities to attract guests and increase revenue
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff, including cleaning duties in the float center and other areas of the resort as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, resort management, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MUST be able to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire staff
