Overview:

Fidus Roofing has achieved GAF Master Elite status and is known for quality materials, professionally installed, backed by trustworthy warranties. Fidus also does pavers and gutters. The licensed and insured masonry experts at Fidus use pavers to create hardscape designs that will enhance the beauty of any home while providing a durable alternative to more mundane materials.

**Expectations and Accountabilities**

The following responsibilities are the essential functions of this position. Successful applicants will be able to perform these essential functions with or without the requested reasonable accommodation. **Responsibilities**

1. Meet with clients to find out what they envision for the design of pavers, roof, or gutters.

2. Use expertise to build a plan for the customer.

3. Take measurements to get a baseline for the project.

4. Create and sell a design that will exceed client expectations.

5. Coordinate with teammates & Sales Manager throughout

6. Organize and communicate with clients, and all involved

7. Maintain a complete understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.

8. Utilize networking opportunities, current contacts, door knocking, or creative thinking to generate leads.

9. Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions.

10. Write the contract and answer related questions.

11. Set sales goals, create a sales plan to build the business.

12. Able to abide by all safety requirements.

13. Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards to provide all internal/external customers with excellent service experiences at all times.

**Qualifications**

1. 2 years’ experience in Sales

2. 2 years relationship building

3. 1 year sourcing leads

4. 1 year networking experience

5. Professional appearance and demeanor

6. Able to pass a drug screening and background check

7. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

8. Must be comfortable climbing and walking on roofs

9. Ability to lift and climb up and down ladders

This is an exempt, salaried full-time position. M-F 7:30 - 4:30. Some hours beyond the schedule and weekends may be necessary. Work in person from St. Augustine office
